Leading provider of end-to-end cyber security and smart solutions for UAVs and uncrewed systems Mobilicom, has announced that they have joined the cyber-secure foundation developed by AUVSI, in collaboration with Fortress Information Security.
The cybersecurity working group was initiated as an industry-wide collaboration focused on developing an enterprise cybersecurity model, and a suite of voluntary standards, to address cyber risks specific to uncrewed systems and robotics.
The working group will work towards consensus, establishing standards, and facilitating proactive cybersecurity policies and actions among uncrewed systems manufacturers, suppliers, and operators.
“A cyber-secure foundation, built on universal industry standards among industry stakeholders and suppliers, will help to ensure the economic and operational potential of uncrewed vehicles is reached.” – AUVSI
