MaxAmps a leading manufacturer of high-quality, energy-dense lithium polymer (LiPo) batteries for drones and unmanned systems, has released new upgrades which include aluminum rubber composite hard cases, state-of-charge indicators, built-in balance lead, internal self-balancing, and DroneCAN communication options.
Hard case upgrade – Built from aluminum-rubber composite, the MaxAmps hard case offers a more durable and rugged option for lithium batteries.
Built-in balance leads – Offered on both soft and hard case batteries, this option will be added to all batteries above 3250mAh.
State-of-charge indication – The new state-of-charge indicator has a momentary on button to enable checking the state of charge without needing additional equipment.
Internal self-balancing – MaxAmps batteries can now be upgraded to include internal self-balancing. This and all the upgrades discussed will be available on all batteries above 3250mAh.
The new upgrades will be added to the MaxAmp’s website in the next few weeks and are available now by contacting the battery tech team.
